Chelsea is a passionate 200-hour registered yoga teacher and wellness enthusiast. She views the yoga practice as an anchor to the present moment; a pathway out of the busy mind and into the physical body. Chelsea creates a safe space for others to explore their yoga practice and to experience a mind-body connection; cultivating self-awareness through mindful movement. In Chelsea’s class, you can expect to feel grounded, inspired, and powerful as you move through creative and fluid sequences.
