Due to high demand from the community following her sound healing journey, Rose is excited to lead her First Sound Healing Training this May at Sol Spirit Yoga & Wellness. After years of practice and dedication, she is ready to share her wisdom and guide others in harnessing the transformative power of sound.

Rose’s Sound Healing Training & Experience:

Rose completed over 200+ hours of supervised training at the Sage Academy of Sound in Woodstock, NY (2021) and has facilitated over 500 sound baths since then. Her primary mentor is Lea Garnier, and she has also trained under Master Don Conreaux, Silvia Nakkach, Dr. John Beaulieu, John Medeski, Samer Ghadry, Angel Deer, Billy Martin, Jessica Caplan, and Eric Fraîser.

Her expertise spans various sacred sound modalities, including:

• Sacred Metal Instruments: Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Bells
• Crystal Sound Healing: Crystal Singing Bowls, Pyramids, Crystal Handle Bowls
• Other Sacred Instruments: Shruti Box
• Shamanic Sounds: Icaros & Jungle Sound Healing
• Vocal Meditation: Using the voice as an instrument for healing
