Practicing for over 15 years and teaching for over 9 years, her personal journey in yoga has only taught her it's a lifelong practice. Magda was drawn to yoga at a young age with the influence of her family and as she got older, she needed to find ways to reduce stress and find acceptance. Little did she realize that her journey would lead her to teach and discover more capabilities that she thought she never had even as she got older. This is what Madga wishes to share with you through her practice. Using yoga as a tool to find balance in the body, mind, and spirit. If you are here to find strength or stretch for athletics or to find peace of the mind, or balance with stress or maybe all of the above, we can work towards this lifestyle together.
